This yearly event helps people understand how suicide has affected Jackson County. It also shows how we can come together to bring hope, healing, and support as we work to Stomp Out Suicide!

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

This year’s event will feature activities to honor and remember those who struggle or who have been lost to suicide, sharing of stories, door prizes, a booth walk, and there will be an AWARENESS WALK through the park to honor lives lost to suicide.

Awareness Walk

An opportunity to show support, honor a loved one, or spread positivity as we walk through Cascades-Sparks Park.

Passport Booths

Stock up on valuable resources and community supports. Fill out all your passport stamps to be entered to win door prizes.

Personalized Yard Signs

Decorate a yard sign to place on the walking path or carry with you as you walk. 

Selection of Beads

Select beads to wear during the event to show how you are associated with the cause.

Pebbles of Positivity

Painting stones that can be taken home with you or placed along the walking path.

Messages of Hope

Write short messages of encouragement and support to individuals who might be struggling.
